Since I love strudel in all variations – whether sweet or sour, a sweet variant had to be baked again today.
With this strudel I love the combination of poppy seeds, cinnamon and plums. It is really juicy &# 128578;

Those in a hurry can also make the strudel with finished strudel leaves.
- 300 g plain flour
- 30 g of oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 lukewarm vinegar water (a dash of vinegar)
Put the flour in the mixing bowl of a food processor, add salt, mix well. Add oil and vinegar water. Use the dough hook to make a smooth dough.
